As you are aware, our store is being seriously affected by the current COVID-19 pandemic. A great way to show your support is to request a store credit refund, if you can. Worry-Free Returns -  30 Day Free Return Shipping on Orders over $50.00

 Damaged or Defective:

3dVanity will issue a full refund for any damaged or defective items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to for assistance with processing your Free Shipping Return.  (see Damages below for additional information)

3dVanity will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if your are not satisfied with your (item) items. 

Contact to initiate the return process within 10 days upon receiving your item(s).  The item must be returned in it's original condition (if eligible per the refund/return policy)
How to Return & Refund

 1.  Please email: with your refund/return claim within 30 days of receiving your order.  Please include the reason for the return and photographs for verification.

 2.  Once we have approved your request, you will be sent a return form which needs to be included with your return with return address. Please send your item(s) using local post within 10 days from receiving the return form. We strongly recommend insuring any return and packing them well as we cannot take responsibility, if we do not receive the return or if it comes in damaged. 

3.  When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.  We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.   

4.  Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-15 days.  (The processing time depends on your payment method and bank.)  

Refund /Return Policy Conditions:

* Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.  

* Items that are exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals.  Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance.  These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Hair Spray/Lacquers, Perfume, Pools, Hot Tubs  & Spas. Oxidized silver are easily damaged. 

*Original tags attached and in the same condition you received it.  Signs of wear as mentioned above or not in it's original packaging will be refunded less a 50% restocking fee. We cannot process the return of any faulty item.

* The packaging of the item, must not be torn, cut, written on or bent out of shape.

* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.

Non-Returnable Items:

* Love a good sale?  So do we!  In order to offer you the highest discount possible, all sale items must be final.  (sorry it's a finance thing). Please make your selections with care and review all product information before making your purchase. 

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* We also do not accept products returns that are intimate i.e. tattoos, pierced earrings, body jewelry. (Bikini Bling)

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  You may request replacement, gift card or exchange for a different item within 7 days of delivery. Send us an email at

Defects: A returned item due to manufacturer's defect will be replaced if returned within 10 days of receipt, in it's original packaging and shows no sign of wear.   You may request replacement, gift card or exchange for a different item. 

Damages:   Please inspect the exterior packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of  upon receipt of package and notify within 3 days.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send a photo/s to and we will process on your behalf.  We'll be happy to rectify this situation asap and to your satisfaction.

Cancellations & Refunds

Please note that unfortunately, we will be unable to cancel any items or orders that have already shipped out of the warehouse within a 24 hour period and are subject to a $25.00 administration fee to cover shipping and handling.  

If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card/or platform you selected for payment you used when placing your order.
