Yes, we provide Free Standard Shipping on all Orders.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Some items may require longer handling or processing time. As some of our products are shipped internationally PLEASE ALLOW 3 TO 4 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY.
Please inspect the exterior packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send a photo/s to email@example.com and we will process on your behalf. Please review Refund Policy for additional information.
Cancellations & Refunds
Please note that unfortunately, we will be unable to cancel any items or orders that have already shipped out of the warehouse within a 24 hour period and are subject to a $25.00 administration fee to cover shipping and handling.
If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.
Please contact us to be given your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please write this on the shipping label.

* Love a good sale? So do we! In order to offer you the highest discount possible, all sale items must be final. (sorry it's a finance thing). Additional non-returnable items:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 24 days please first check your bank account or credit card statement.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. For "Perk Items" please review term options above.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please be safe and consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this precaution we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
